Biography

Nicholas 'Nick' Michael Cardamone is an Associate in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. He focuses his practice in the area of construction litigation and defends developers, contractors, and subcontractors from construction defect and negligence claims. Additionally, he defends premises liability and general liability claims.

Mr. Cardamone also has prior experience with a large, national defense firm where he defended automobile and trucking accidents, wrongful death, negligent security, complex tort, and general casualty matters.

His experience allows him to properly evaluate claims, determine an effective strategy for resolving the claim, and aggressively defending the claim when needed.

Mr. Cardamone earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law. During his studies at Florida State, he clerked for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and assisted attorneys with various state lands issues. He also clerked for Cole, Scott & Kissane while in and after graduating from law school.
