Nicholas M Krayer

Nick is a founding partner at Pratcher Krayer LLC practicing in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation law.  Prior to founding Pratcher Krayer LLC, Nick was a partner at another personal injury firm in Wilmington, Delaware.  Prior to representing Plaintiffs and Claimants, Nick worked at a Wilmington, Delaware insurance defense firm where he provided representation to insurance carriers in personal injury and workers' compensation matters.  He ultimately switched to representing Plaintiffs and Claimants because he enjoys helping individual people and ensuring those that suffer injuries get the compensation they deserve.   Nick also previously served as a Deputy Attorney General at the State of Delaware Department of Justice from where he prosecuted criminal cases and served as a Deputy Child Advocate for the State of Delaware Office of the Child Advocate where he provided representation to neglected and abused children. Nick is a member of the Delaware Bar and the Federal District Court for the District of Delaware. Nick is the current Preside of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association.  He is also a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, Workers' Compensation and Torts Section, the Randy J. Holland Workers' Compensation Inn of Court and is a member of the Leaders Forum for the American Association for Justice.
