Biography

Nicholas Westcott is an Associate Attorney who joined Bleakley Bavol Denman & Grace in August 2025. Originally from North Carolina, Nicholas graduated from Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, Government and Communications. After moving to Florida, Nicholas attended Stetson University College of Law and graduated magna cum laude with his Juris Doctor in 2024. While in law school, Nicholas served as the Local Government Editor for Stetson Law Review and a Notes & Comments Editor for Stetson Business Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Nicholas lived in Washington, D.C. where he served as the Director of Advance at the U.S. Department of Agriculture for former Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue. During his time at USDA, Nicholas led the team that coordinated and planned Secretary Perdue’s trips and events across all 50 states as well as multiple international trips.

Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys fishing, golf, and going on walks with his wife, Lauren, and their two dogs.
