Nick Brady

Nick Brady is a seasoned attorney at The Florida Law Group, bringing more than a decade of prosecutorial experience from the Office of the State Attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit in Tampa. As Deputy Chief of a felony division, Nick tried over 70 jury trials and managed numerous non-jury trials, evidentiary hearings, and depositions, addressing cases from misdemeanor DUIs to first-degree murder. His background also includes handling specialized matters such as arson, domestic violence, and gun and gang violence. A New Jersey native, Nick earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University before graduating from Stetson University College of Law, recognized for its leading trial advocacy program. Nick now leverages his substantial courtroom experience to advocate for clients at The Florida Law Group. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys community theater, building computers, and life in Hillsborough County with his wife, Dixie.
