Biography

Nick Brady is a former prosecutor with more than 10 years at the Office of the State Attorney for Florida’s 13th Judicial Circuit in Tampa. He served as a deputy chief in a felony division, tried over 70 jury trials, and handled hundreds of non-jury trials, hearings, and depositions on cases ranging from misdemeanor DUIs to first-degree murder. He also worked in specialty divisions focused on arson, domestic violence, and gun and gang violence. He now brings that courtroom experience to the Florida Law Group.

Originally from New Jersey, Nick earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, known for its trial advocacy program. He lives in Hillsborough County with his wife, Dixie, is a Bruce Springsteen fan, enjoys building computers, and has performed in local community theater productions since 2016.
