Biography

Nickie Pickernell is a finance Associate who advises both lenders and borrowers on a broad range of finance transactions, including:

•acquisition and leveraged finance;
•private credit and direct lending;
•asset-based lending;
•bridge finance;
•special situations and distressed lending; and
•general syndicated lending.

She focuses on complex and bespoke financing transactions and is experienced in managing sophisticated cross-border transactions. She has advised a range of international clients who operate across a number of different industries and span a broad spectrum of asset classes.
