in the Miami, Florida area. With over 18 years of courtroom
experience, her legal journey is marked by notable milestones. She
obtained her B.A. from the University of South Florida and completed
her law degree at Stetson University's College of Law in 2005.
Following her
graduation, Nicole embarked on her legal career as a prosecutor at
the Broward State Attorney's Office. During her tenure, she
successfully handled more than 50 jury trials, demonstrating her
proficiency in addressing a wide spectrum of cases, including
misdemeanors, varying degrees of felonies, and capital sex battery
cases. In her final three years at the office, she specialized as a
sex crimes prosecutor.
Nicole later
transitioned to private practice, focusing her legal expertise on
Foreclosure Law. As a dedicated litigation attorney, she staunchly
advocated for the rights of financial institutions. Her dedication
and skillset allowed her to extend her practice to another reputable
law firm, amassing a combined total of 70 non-jury trials across both
firms.
In December 2014,
Nicole shifted her focus once again, this time to Insurance Law. She
took on cases related to Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and assumed
the role of defender for insurance companies.
With a decade of
legal practice under her belt and a wealth of experience, Nicole made
the pivotal decision to establish her own practice, specializing in
family, immigration and criminal law. She firmly believes in
providing fair, competent, and skillful legal representation to
individuals facing charges, complex family matters, or deportation
processes.
Beyond her legal
career, Nicole is deeply committed to community service and
philanthropy. She has dedicated years to actively participating in
various charitable endeavors and is part of several board of
