Biography

Nicole B. Flowers was born and raised in Dyersburg, and she moved back to the area after completing law school in Nashville, Tennessee. During her time in law school, Nicole earned top marks in her Contract Drafting Practicum where she drafted complex business and legal documents. Nicole has an undergraduate degree in English from Freed-Hardeman University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude; as an Alpha Chi Scholar; as an Honors College Scholar; and as a Ned McWherter Scholar.

After completing her Juris Doctorate at Belmont University College of Law in May of 2023, Nicole practiced in Tipton County where she worked at Eckel and Associates, PLLC. When the owner of Eckel and Associates, PLLC was elected to be the new General Sessions Judge in Tipton County, Nicole moved her practice to Dyersburg and joined the Ashley & Arnold team as an associate attorney in January of 2024. Nicole’s practice areas include Administrative, Government Relations & Regulatory Law, Business Transactions, Civil Litigation, Estates and Wills.

During her free time, Nicole enjoys reading, visiting local coffee shops, traveling, spending time with family, and spending time with her three dogs: Gizmo, Charlie, and Lady.
