Biography

Nicole Elizabeth Fajardo is an Associate in the firm’s Miami office, practicing primarily in the area of commercial litigation.

Born and raised in Miami, Ms. Fajardo attended Florida International University, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, graduating cum laude. She then earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was admitted as a Dean’s Merit Scholar and graduated cum laude.

While in law school, Ms. Fajardo was actively involved in various organizations, including serving as Chairperson of Membership Affairs for the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA) UM Student Chapter and Secretary of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. She also worked as a research assistant and Student Editor for The Journal of Things We Like [Lots] (JOTWELL), a journal that provides a platform for legal academics across the nation to analyze and highlight new scholarship relevant to the law.
