Biography

Nicole Griffard leads Robinson & Henry’s Estate Planning practice, bringing a comprehensive and client-centric approach to her work.

Before dedicating her practice to estate planning and elder law, Nicole was a partner with the firm’s Civil Litigation Team, where she focused on business and commercial litigation, in addition to real estate. In this role, she represented a range of individuals as well as small businesses and Fortune 500 companies, equipping her with a unique perspective on asset protection and strategic planning.

Today, Nicole dedicates her practice to helping individuals, families, and businesses proactively protect their financial futures through customized estate plans. She achieves this by focusing on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and forming businesses to the extent it fits into an estate plan to deliver seamless and lasting solutions.
