Biography

Nicole Kim is an experienced litigator based in WSHB’s Atlanta office. She handles complex civil litigation matters from pre-litigation to appeal. Her practice includes complex tort and casualty, transportation, and premise liability.

Raised in Johns Creek, Georgia, Nicole attended the University of Georgia, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She earned her law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. She was elected as the 2L and 3L class representative for the John Marshall Student Bar Association. Also, during law school, she worked at different law firms gaining experience in all types of torts, including catastrophic injuries and motor vehicle accidents.

Her extensive experience in court handlings, negotiation, and litigation comes from her previous position as an Assistant District Attorney, where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases.
