Nicole Fluet believes that a deep understanding of her clients’ businesses and their goals, as well as the goals and objectives of each individual she represents, should drive litigation strategy. Whether the best strategy results in an early settlement, summary judgment, or a jury trial, Nicole has the litigation chops to successfully pursue her clients’ objectives in every matter.
A native of the Tampa Bay area, Nicole focuses on insurance coverage, insurance defense, first-party property, construction defects, intellectual property, worker’s compensation, cyber and real estate law. She regularly represents insurance companies as well as the construction companies they insure. Additionally, Nicole is a qualified fee expert in first party property fee and cost matters.
Nicole regularly speaks on a variety of topics, including hot topics in insurance and coverage. She has published articles on sinkhole litigation and occurrence trigger theories in Trial Advocacy Quarterly, and is an active member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and serves on its board.
