Biography

Nicole Lovett was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. She graduated with honors from the University of Florida, where she earned a degree in Political Science along with double minors in English and Theatre. Upon graduation, Ms. Lovett returned to the Tampa Bay area to study at Stetson University College of Law.

Ms. Lovett has worked with the Mass Torts Litigation Practice Group since 2012. She started her career with Morgan & Morgan prior to law school and worked with the firm throughout her time at Stetson. Ms. Lovett was hired as an attorney to handle mass tort matters for the firm following bar licensure in the State of Florida. Ms. Lovett is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and has been admitted pro hac vice in state and federal courts around the United States.

Ms. Lovett has handled and been an integral part in a number of litigations from case inception to settlement, representing thousands of clients wrongfully harmed by a pharmaceutical drug, medical device, or vaccine. In January 2023, Ms. Lovett was one of four attorneys appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee in the Gardasil Products Liability Litigation. Ms. Lovett has done substantial common benefit work in several, national multi-district litigations and state-court consolidated actions, including In Re: Elmiron (Pentosan Polysulfate Sodium) Products Liability Litigation, In Re: Zostavax (Zoster Vaccine Live) Products Liability Litigation, In Re: Essure Product Cases, and In Re: JCCP 4775, Risperdal And Invega Products Liability Cases. Ms. Lovett has also served on various Plaintiff Steering Committee sub-committees. Ms. Lovett has been invited to speak at mass-tort product liability seminars and is a Co-Chair of the Zostavax Litigation Group for the American Association for Justice.
