Nicole M. McCauley is a family law and divorce attorney at Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group, LLC. Nicole exclusively concentrates her practice on family law, including divorce, child custody and child support, alimony and asset division issues, domestic violence, and child welfare (DCP&P) litigation.

Nicole McCauley became a divorce and family law attorney because she truly enjoys safeguarding her clients and helping them reach a better place in their lives, both emotionally and financially. She prides herself on keeping her clients informed of all their options and the best course of action every step of the way, giving them peace of mind knowing they are on the best path forward.

After graduating from Widener University School of Law (now known as Delaware Law School) where she earned her Juris Doctorate, Nicole immediately began working as an attorney immersed herself in the area of family law.

Nicole is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association. Nicole further volunteers as a panelist for the Gloucester County Matrimonial Early Settlement Program.

Nicole has been named as a “Top Attorney” in the area of Domestic Violence by SJ Magazine for six consecutive years.

In her personal life, Nicole has a special interest in advocating for those with mental health disorders. She serves on the Board of Directors for Buddy Project, Inc., a non-profit organization that assists those with mental health related issues to find connection and stability in their lives.

Nicole McCauley resides in South Jersey with her fiancé and two young sons.
