Biography

Nicole Marie Sarasua is a Partner in the firm's Miami office. She is an experienced criminal and civil litigator whose areas of practice include construction, business and commercial law, commercial litigation, catastrophic and personal injury and vehicle negligence.

Ms. Sarasua began her career at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office before transitioning into civil defense work. Over the last decade, she has represented Fortune 500 companies throughout the State of Florida. More recently, she defends privately-owned corporations in their premises, auto, and construction matters.

Ms. Sarasua obtained her juris doctor and bachelor's degree from Florida International University. During law school, she interned with the Honorable Judge Stanford Blake in the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida.
