Nicole Winston is a Trial Lawyer and Partner at Rowling Partipilo & Winston. For the past 27 years, Nicole has represented individuals across Michigan who have been injured or disabled due to the carelessness of others. Nicole has worked with victims who have been injured due to the fault of others or denied benefits to which they are rightfully entitled. As a personal injury lawyer, Nicole enjoys helping her Clients transition from accident victim to survivor. Nicole was born in Port Huron, Michigan, but was raised for a majority of her young life in Simi Valley, California. Her family returned to Michigan in 1988 and she graduated from Michigan State University in 1994 and Thomas Cooley law School in 1998. Nicole and her husband, Shawn, live in Marysville and they have three children. The Winston family loves baseball/softball and all competitive sports.
