Nicole Koumasidis is a highly skilled attorney with extensive experience in managing and litigating complex professional liability claims. She enjoys a proven record in successfully handling errors and omissions claims on behalf of various professionals, including lawyers, medical and healthcare workers, insurance producers, real estate agents and brokers, financial advisors, property managers, TPAs, and other specialty professionals. Nicole's deep industry expertise is highlighted by her former tenure as Vice President at a prominent insurance company, where she oversaw miscellaneous professional lines treaties, including errors and omissions, attorney liabilities, and excess & surplus lines.

In addition to her vast experience in professional liability, Nicole specializes in handling employment practices liability claims. She regularly represents employers facing lawsuits from employees for workplace harassment, discrimination, and violations of federal and state statutes such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the ADA, ADEA, and wage and hour claims. Nicole also counsels employers on current employment statutes, implements employee policies, and drafts employment manuals and handbooks.
