Biography

Nicole S. Barresi began her legal career as an Associate and is now a Partner at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP. At MCB, she defends our client physicians, teaching hospitals, research university medical centers, and physician practice groups in malpractice matters.

Prior to joining MCB, Nicole completed a clerkship in the New Jersey Superior Court with Judge W. Hunt Dumont J.S.C. During her clerkship term she gained valuable insight into trial and motion practice. Nicole has also worked in the medical field as a cardiology technician.

Nicole received 2024 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch recognition for Medical Malpractice Law - Defendants. Attorneys receiving this honor are recognized by their peers early in their careers for outstanding professional excellence. She has also been selected to the New York Rising Stars list, earning the respect of her peers as one of the top-rated attorneys in the nation.
