Biography

Nicole Schwiegk is a senior associate in the P ublic Law Group in Germany and advises companies in the pharmaceutical, medical and commercial law sectors as well as in the life sciences sector. She covers in particular regulatory matters as well as questions of market access, therapeutic product advertising and competition law as well as contract design. She also works on corporate transactions. In addition to pharmaceutical companies, Nicole also advises physicians and psychotherapists.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Nicole was an attorney at Ehlers, Ehlers & Partner and worked for international law firms in Singapore and Yangon (Myanmar), among other places, which gave her extensive knowledge of the Southeast Asian region.
