Biography

Nicole Foy is an Associate in the firm's Orlando office. She focuses her practice in the areas of general civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, catastrophic and personal injury, premises liability, trucking accident defense and vehicle negligence.

Ms. Foy completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Legal Studies. She later went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the Women's Law Caucus and the Hispanic American Law Student Association.

Ms. Foy began her legal experience during law school, working with a family law firm for four years before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane as a litigation paralegal in 2021.
