Joining her father, Robert Rubenstein, in 2008, Nicole has been instrumental in transforming the firm from two offices with a strong reputation to over 20 offices across five states, all maintaining high standards of legal service. Even before ascending to the role of CEO, Nicole prioritized sustaining the firm’s level of excellence amid its significant growth. Her day-to-day responsibilities include leadership development, strategic planning, exploring new practice areas, and leveraging cutting-edge technology. She collaborates closely with the firm's executive team on various aspects including operations, marketing, technology, and finances. Outside the office, Nicole embraces the outdoors with her family, enjoying various board sports whether on land, sea, or snow. In her quieter moments, she relishes immersing herself in fiction.
