Biography

Nicole focuses her practice in the areas of wills, trusts, estate planning and administration, probate, trust administration, estate and gift taxation, domicile planning, business entities, and real estate.

Nicole received a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University in 2017, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 2020 and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the Boston University School of Law in 2023.

Prior to joining Simses and Associates, Nicole practiced at a boutique family law firm in Miami and at other trust and estate firms in South Florida. While in law school, she was a judicial intern for The Honorable Maria Elena Verde in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida and the Probate Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, was a legal intern and fellow for the Children and Youth Law Clinic, was awarded the Burton Young Endowed Fellowship and was the Chairwoman and a Member of the Law Activity Fee Allocation Committee (LAFAC).

Nicole is admitted to practice law in Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association. She is also involved in many community organizations.
