Biography

Nicole recently joined PMT as an associate attorney. Nicole has ten years of experience representing small to midsize corporate clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including corporate liability, employment law, securities fraud, and goods sold and delivered, in both state and federal courts. She has also represented individuals in residential and commercial real estate matters.

Most recently, Nicole represented and conducted investigations on behalf of a large insurance company involving no-fault motor vehicle claims. She now represents insurers and their insureds in construction accident personal injury cases and premises liability cases.

Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, at Georgetown University, and her law degree at Brooklyn Law School, where she was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Brooklyn Law Review and a National Quarter-Finalist on the Moot Court Honor Society. At the start of her career, Nicole interned for the late Honorable John E. Sprizzo, United States District Court, S.D.N.Y.
