Biography

Nicole M. Wall is a Partner with the firm’s West Palm Beach office and concentrates in the areas of labor and employment law, commercial litigation, and legal malpractice. Her practice also extends beyond litigation, as she conducts diversity training for managers and employees to assist companies in preventing discrimination and harassment in the workplace, and counsels employers on proper classification of exempt and non-exempt employees in effort to prevent overtime claims. Ms. Wall also provides advice and works with employers to properly draft and tailor employment contracts and separation agreements.

Ms. Wall received her Juris Doctor, with a Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy, from Stetson University College of Law in 2005, where she was a published member of the Stetson Law Review. Prior to that, she earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Telecommunications with a minor in Sociology from the University of Florida, where she received Presidential Recognition, and was a member and director of Florida Blue Key.
