Biography

Attorney Nicolette Marie Ferriolo joined Raleigh Divorce Law Firm in October 2024.

Nicolette grew up on Long Island, New York, before moving to Cary, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and graduated with a B.A. in Criminology and a double minor in Business Administration and Statistics. Nicolette later attended Elon University, School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she was a member of the Innocence Project and Fellowship of Christian Lawyers, and served as the Vice President of the Family Law Society.

Nicolette’s passion for family law stems from her personal experiences with the family court as a child. After interning and subsequently working for a family law firm in New York, her passion and intent to exclusively practice family law was solidified. In her free time, Nicolette enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and traveling.
