Nidia Stephanie Rivera, Esq.: Attorney with Your Legacy Legal PLLC

Biography

Nidia (Stephanie) graduated from law school at just 24 years old and began building her legal career with the same curiosity, ambition, and drive that continue to shape her professional life. Before the age of 30, she became a Partner at a growing law firm — an accomplishment that reflects not only her legal experience, but also her willingness to take on responsibility, learn quickly, and continuously look for ways to improve the way a firm serves its clients.

Since beginning her legal career, Stephanie has worked on a wide range of complex matters and represented clients from different backgrounds and industries. Her experience has required her to become comfortable learning quickly, solving problems creatively, and navigating situations where there is rarely a one-size-fits-all answer. That versatility has become one of her greatest strengths as an attorney. Her role as a Partner reaches well beyond the legal work itself. She has helped develop internal processes, support strategic initiatives, mentor team members, improve the client experience, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm — working at the intersection of law, leadership, operations, and business development.Outside of practicing law, Stephanie is deeply curious about the world and constantly looking for her next challenge. She has traveled to more than 28 countries and lived in eight countries throughout her life. Her time abroad has allowed her to experience different cultures, learn from people with very different perspectives, and become comfortable stepping outside of what is familiar. She has a passion for travel, languages, culture, fitness, photography, and personal growth — and believes strongly in challenging herself outside of her comfort zone. Whether she is working toward a personal goal at the gym, learning something completely new, traveling somewhere unfamiliar, or pushing her physical limits through freediving, Stephanie approaches life with the same mindset she brings to her career.
