Biography

Nikhil Sindwani is a Social Security Disability attorney who represents individuals in SSI and SSDI hearings, advocating for and helping clients throughout the disability process and in hearings before Administrative Law Judges. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Nikhil represented claimants in Social Security Disability matters and helped individuals pursue the benefits they deserved. Nikhil is passionate about helping people and pursued a legal career for this reason.

Nikhil earned his Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he received an Advanced Certificate in Health Law & Policy. During law school, he gained experience advocating for people with disabilities through the Disability Rights Clinic in partnership with Equal Justice America. Nikhil also holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the George Washington University.

Before becoming an attorney, Nikhil worked in the health insurance industry in both customer service and sales support roles, giving him valuable insight into the challenges individuals face when navigating benefits, coverage, and appeals. He brings his background in healthcare, disability law, and client service to helping people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
