Biography

Nikolaus Schroder is an associate in Lieff Cabraser’s Munich office. He litigates complex competition law, consumer protection and mass tort cases.

Nikolaus holds an LL.M. in Law, Science & Technology from Stanford Law School, where he studied U.S. civil procedure, legal technology, and complex litigation as a DAAD scholar.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as a graduate assistant and lecturer at the University of Regensburg under Prof. Dr. Michael Heese, LL.M. (Yale), researching the use of artificial intelligence in rule enforcement, complex litigation, and tort law.
