Nina J. Kim

While at UCLA, Ms. Kim was a member of the Provost's Honors List, a distinguished member of the Psi Chi National Honors Society, and vice-president of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity.

Ms. Kim received her JD from Loyola Law School, where she was a member of the Dean's Honor Roll. During law school, Ms. Kim served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Anthony J. Mohr of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Ms. Kim was also the executive editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review and was an associate justice of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board. She was awarded Top Ten Briefs in the Scott Moot Court Competition. In addition, Ms. Kim was a member of the research task force for the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Blue Ribbon Commission on improving the superior court governance structure and judicial accountability.

Ms. Kim practices in the areas of products liability defense, general negligence defense, and commercial and complex civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kim was a litigation associate with a civil defense law firm, where she practiced in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, and business litigation. Ms. Kim is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for all districts of California.
