Attorney Nina Parsley, originally from New Orleans and raised in Covington, Louisiana, is a dedicated legal professional and proud mother of three daughters: Emily, Audrey, and Katherine. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Spring Hill College and her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama.

As Attorney Manager at Ponce Law, Nina leads the firm’s Employment Law Division and is also a certified Tennessee Rule 31 General Civil Mediator. Her commitment to achieving exceptional results for her clients has earned her recognition, including membership in the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
