Biography

Nitya Tolani is an associate attorney based in the Fresno, California, office of WSHB. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation.

Nitya graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law, where she was actively involved in the Seattle University Law Review, serving as the Executive Editor of Lead Articles. Additionally, she was a member of the Seattle Intellectual Property Inn of Court and participated in the Trademark Law Clinic, helping small business clients with the trademark registration process.

As an undergraduate, Nitya double majored in Law, Societies, and Justice, along with Sociology at the University of Washington. During her time there, she served as president of the Indian Student Association.

Nitya is fluent in Hindi and Sindhi.
