Noah B. Oliver is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance defense and transportation law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Oliver practiced law at a preeminent insurance litigation firm in Cleveland. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Justice Michael P. Donnelly of the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Representative Matters: Shamal Brown v. New Prime, Inc., et al., Sandusky County Court of Common Pleas, Case No. 21CV333 (2021): case involved a collision between two tractor-trailers; plaintiff alleged serious orthopedic injuries that could not have physically occurred in the collision. After plaintiff demanded $9.5 million, plaintiff conceded defendants' expert opinions to prevent their admission at trial. Following extensive motion practice, plaintiff was cornered with his concession, ultimately settling the matter for $260,000.
