Biography

As a former local government attorney, Noah Klein is keenly aware of the issues encountered by commercial developers as they make their way through the development review and permitting process. When working with clients, Noah adopts a consensus approach and identifies core issues of concern to them, and advances those interests in negotiations with development agencies. He believes the best and most successful projects are the ones where all stakeholders feel their interests have been well represented.

Noah has over 10 years of experience specializing in Real Estate and Land Use Law. He received his Bachelors of Arts in History and French from The College of William & Mary before receiving his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
