Biography

Noam is an associate in our firm’s Finance and Public Corporations Department.

Adv. Noam Bukchin provides legal counsel on various aspects of commercial law, including the capital market, corporate law, and securities law.

As part of her practice, Noam advises clients during complex transactions, provides ongoing legal support during IPOs and secondary offerings of securities to the public, and prepares and drafts prospectuses and various reports that companies issuing securities to the public in Israel must file.
