Cases Experience and History

Mrs. Ferguson obtained a defense verdict in a discrimination case by two Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs and then convinced the trial judge to award the County its attorneys fees and costs. Wade v. County of Los Angeles, L.A. Superior Court Case No. BC394379.

Mrs. Ferguson obtained a defense of her allegations. Holmes v. County of Los Angeles, L.A. Superior Court Case No. BC389200.

Mrs. Ferguson convinced the Los Angeles County Civil Service Commission to sustain the discharge of a Deputy Sheriff who had associated with members of an outlaw motorcycle gang.
