Biography

Norm attended law school at the University of Denver where he graduated in the top fifteen percent of his class, was an editor on the law review, and earned the AmJur award for the highest grade in ethics.

Norm has counseled businesses, their CEOs, directors, management and line personnel on a broad array of issues including real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing and development, corporate matters, business transactions, entity formation, banking, secured transactions, creditors rights, bankruptcy, collections, workouts, foreclosures, regulatory matters, construction, human resources, information technology and software development and licensing. He also practices in the areas of wills and probate.
