Olga Rollins

Olga Rollins is a bilingual attorney (English and Russian) that specializes in personal injury cases. She is known to be a compassionate, determined, and dedicated attorney who works tirelessly to get the best results possible for her clients.

She graduated from Regent University School of Law in 2018. While in law school, she served on a board of Regent Law Review and was part of the Trial Advocacy team where she developed her passion for trial work. She wanted to gain as much court experience as possible before graduating, so she spent her summer breaks interning for public defender offices and for the chief judge of the Portsmouth Circuit Court.

Ms. Rollins has experience in different areas of law, including traffic, misdemeanor and felony defense, defamation and others. But she eventually decided to focus on one area of law that brings her the most fulfillment, personal injury. She represents plaintiffs in all kinds of personal injury matters, such as auto and pedestrian accidents, premise liability, dog bites, negligent supervision, wrongful death, and others. She has experience handling and successfully resolving cases at every stage: from negotiations to trials. Ms. Rollins is known to be unafraid of the most complicated cases that were rejected by other attorneys and successfully resolving them, bringing justice to her clients.

She received many awards for her accomplishments, including “Top 40 under 40” by National Trial Lawyers, Top Lawyer by Coastal Virginia magazine, Super Lawyer and others.

She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Ms. Rollins is a native of Russia, she moved to the United States in 2007 and she always knew she wanted to use this opportunity to do something meaningful. She found her true calling in being an attorney because helping her clients who are going through the very difficult times of their lives is a very rewarding experience.

Ms. Rollins is happily married and lives in Norfolk with her husband and a dog. When she is not working, she loves to travel and workout. She loves being active, enjoys hiking, skiing, obstacle races, and lifting weights at the gym. She competed in fitness competitions with WBFF, bikini division, and won her Pro card in her very first competition.
