Oliver Markmann is as a Shareholder within the German Private Equity/M&A team, where he focuses on representing a diverse range of private equity and growth equity clients in various private M&A transactions. His work spans buyouts, minority investments, co-investments, equity rollovers, and joint venture structuring, primarily concentrating on the technology, business services, and healthcare & life sciences sectors. Besides his professional commitments, Oliver values the opportunity to share his insights and knowledge through regular contributions to publications and webinars in these fields.
In addition to transactional matters, Oliver provides assistance on general corporate law matters and corporate restructurings.
Oliver earned recognition for his contributions within the industry. He was honored as a Next Generation Partner in The Legal 500’s 2023 edition for M&A and Corporate, alongside acknowledgment as a Key Lawyer for Private Equity. Notably, in 2022, he was among just two lawyers in Germany to be recognized as a 'Rising Star' for M&A by Legal 500.
