Biography

Olivia Bellini is a member of the Government Contracts Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Northern Virginia office. She litigates pre-award and post-award bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, as well as size and status protests before the Small Business Administration. Olivia also represents clients in contracts disputes against federal agencies.

In the context of mergers and acquisitions, Olivia conducts due diligence and evaluates a transacting party’s obligations based on their federal government contract obligations under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and the Department of Defense’s (DoD) Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program.
