Biography

Olivia is a native of Muscle Shoals, Alabama and attended Auburn University where she graduated with a degree in Psychology and minor in Business. She received her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While at Cumberland, Olivia was selected by the faculty to serve as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow. She was also the Student Bar Association liaison to the American Bar Association for two years and a member of Cumberland’s National Arbitration Team. Olivia is admitted to practice is all state courts in Alabama and federal court for the Northern District of Alabama. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Young Lawyers Division of the Birmingham Bar Association, Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, and the Alabama Worker’s Compensation Organization. Olivia’s primary practice areas are general insurance defense and worker’s compensation. In her free time, Olivia enjoys playing tennis, cycling, traveling, and spending time with her dogs, Pippa and Moe.
