Olivia Kim

Olivia Kim is an associate in the Los Angeles office. Her practice areas includes defending products liability, general negligence, and habitability actions.

Ms. Kim has represented Fortune 500 companies and large corporations in matters throughout California involving wrongful death, personal injury, habitability, products liability, and premises liability. She is highly skilled in all phases of litigation, including formulating litigation strategy, conducting discovery, and preparing motions. Ms. Kim has successfully negotiated settlements and engaged in mediations for her clients.

Ms. Kim graduated from Southwestern Law School having served on the Southwestern Journal of International Law as an Associate Editor and Staff Member. She was also published in the Southwestern Journal of International Law, South Korea Maternity Leave: How U.S. Laws Could Be Less Burdensome to Employers and Provide More Protection for Women in the Workplace, 24 Sw. J Int’l L. 337. Ms. Kim externed for the Honorable Gail Ruderman Feuer, writing memoranda and drafting tentative rulings on issues of breach of contract, compelling compliance with subpoenas, and wrongful termination. She also argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit as an Admitted Law Student in her representation of an indigent client seeking to challenge Due Process violations.

Before practicing as an attorney, Ms. Kim worked as a Business Development Coordinator for a Fortune Global 500 company, negotiating multi-million dollar supply agreements for ultra-high purity chemicals used in the semiconductor industry.
