Biography

Olivia Snow is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Delaware office. She focuses her practice on a broad range of transactional matters, including commercial real estate and structured finance transactions, Delaware law third-party opinion letters, secured transactions, and commercial lending.

She has experience advising on matters involving Delaware limited liability companies and partnerships, including entity formation, governance, and structuring considerations. Olivia also assists in connection with mortgage and mezzanine financing and advises on Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae transactions.

Her practice further includes the formation of Delaware entities and the preparation of key organizational documents, including certificates of incorporation and formation, operating agreements, bylaws, and corporate resolutions.
