Biography

Olivier A. Beabeau leads the firm's business litigation and intellectual property practice groups. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels, alternative dispute resolution through arbitration and mediation, and trademark and copyright protection in the United States and abroad. He has significant experience addressing high-stakes partnership disputes, contract disputes, securities fraud, residential construction fraud, unfair competition, and intellectual property infringement litigation in state and federal courts.

Olivier is adept at quickly discerning the objectives of his clients to craft and implement strategies that effectively navigate multifaceted business disputes and challenges. His clients include a diverse array of companies and professionals in the financial, medical, food and beverage, entertainment, hospitality, and real estate industries. Olivier is rated AV Preeminent (the highest peer review rating for legal ability and ethical standards) and Gold Client Champion (for exceptional client service) by Martindale-Hubbell, and regularly recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyer for business litigation.

Olivier is a Phoenix native and earned his B.A. from Vanderbilt University and J.D. from The George Washington University National Law Center. Prior to joining the firm, Olivier worked as a legislative analyst to the Central European and Eurasian Law Initiative (CEELI) in Washington, D.C. and for Senator John McCain on varied legislative and policy issues.
