attorney with extensive experience navigating every stage of the criminal

and theft. Mr. Irani is also highly experienced in domestic violence matters,
having successfully represented numerous clients at Final Restraining Order
(FRO) hearings.
Before entering private practice, Mr. Irani served as a

invaluable insight into the judicial decision-making process and effective
courtroom advocacy.

serves as President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Bergen County Bar
Association. He co-chairs multiple committees and frequently lectures at

Board of the Iranian American Bar Association.
A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Irani

in History and Middle Eastern Studies—becoming the first student in Seton
Hall’s history to complete this academic combination.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Irani holds various
appointed roles in local government and is deeply involved in charitable,
civic, and community initiatives. He volunteers annually as a judge for the New
