her career, Attorney Newkirk has had the privilege of collaborating

her firm and from external organizations. She has also worked
alongside esteemed trial attorneys, actively participating in several
intricate trials within the New Hampshire Probate Court.
Attorney
Newkirk embarked on her legal journey in 1987 after obtaining her
Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law. Since 1995,
she has exclusively focused her practice on probate administration
and litigation. In 2005, she co-founded the esteemed law firm of
Barradale, O’Connell, Newkirk & Dwyer, P.A. in Bedford, New
Hampshire, alongside esteemed estate planning attorneys David
Barradale, Colleen O’Connell, and Maureen Dwyer. Following the
retirement of Attorneys Barradale and Dwyer, the estate planning
practice of Barradale, O’Connell, Newkirk & Dwyer, P.A. closed
its doors on May 31, 2022. However, Attorney Newkirk remains
dedicated to her probate litigation practice in Bedford, New
Hampshire, operating from the same building that housed Barradale,
O’Connell, Newkirk & Dwyer for 17 years.
