Biography

Pamela L. Judd practices in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and securities litigation. She handles claims involving security agreements, promissory notes, leases, operating agreements, corporate formation documents, fiduciary duties, contractual obligations and other business litigation matters. She has substantial experience in obtaining the dismissal of claims asserted against clients, negotiating favorable settlements, obtaining judgments in favor of clients and avoiding the discharge of clients' judgments and claims in bankruptcy actions.

Pamela has obtained the appointment of receivers on behalf of her clients and regularly represents and works in conjunction with court-appointed receivers. She also has experience in garnishment, preliminary injunction, temporary restraining order and contempt proceedings. She serves as local counsel for regional and national financial institutions, and she has served as a court-appointed arbitrator.

Prior to joining Roshka, DeWulf & Patten in 2009, Pamela was an associate at Lewis and Roca for seven years, where she defended class action and mass tort pharmaceutical litigation, in addition to a variety of other tort and commercial litigation matters.
