Biography

Pamela Harinstein has over 20 years of experience defending hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, nurses and allied health professionals in state and federal court in the tri-state area. She uses her over 20 years of experience, ingenuity and finely tuned advocacy skills to develop efficient and targeted litigation strategies for each defendant she represents. Pamela’s practice has encompassed all medical specialties, including a focus on obstetrics and gynecology, maternal fetal medicine and neonatology cases. Her recent experience also includes defending medical providers and hospitals in case involving cardiology, interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, orthopedic surgery, colorectal surgery, pediatric care, emergency room care, maxillofacial surgery and decubitus ulcer treatment. She has a unique perspective in podiatry cases, having grown up with a grandfather, father and uncle who practiced in the field. She has also defended major hospital systems and institutions against negligence claims related to allegations of sexual abuse.

Pamela is devoted UCONN basketball fan, Peloton enthusiast and retired marathoner and triathlete.
