Biography

Paolo Conte is an Elder Law and Estate Planning attorney. His practice focuses on Medicaid and estate planning, including advising individuals with (1) preparation of wills and trust agreements, (2) preparation and review of probate petitions and federal estate tax returns, (3) estate and trust administration, including preparation and review of trustee accountings, receipt and release agreements, decanting documents, and various Surrogate’s Court proceedings.

Paolo is admitted to practice law in New York. He is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, and the Westchester County Bar Association. Paolo received his B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University, and his J.D. from Western Michigan University.
