Parthan S. Vishvanathan: Attorney with Avrek Law Firm

Biography

I was raised in India and had the opportunity to travel and live in different parts of the world, experiences that expanded my perspective and influenced how I view both people and the law. Before entering the legal profession, I played and coached youth basketball, where I developed leadership skills, discipline, and a deep appreciation for teamwork—principles that continue to shape my approach to representing clients.

I earned a B.A. from Whittier College, an LL.B. from Jindal Global Law School in India, an LL.M. in International Law from the Geneva Graduate Institute, and an LL.M. in U.S. and Transnational Law from the University of Dayton School of Law. My academic work focused on international human rights and humanitarian law. Ultimately, I chose to practice personal injury law to make a direct and meaningful difference in people’s lives. Each settlement that allows an injured client to regain stability and control stands out as a significant professional achievement for me.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy hiking, attending concerts with my wife, and remaining engaged in my community. Having experienced the loss of close relatives in serious traffic collisions, I understand the lasting impact such events have on families. That personal perspective drives me to advocate with empathy and determination, ensuring my clients are supported and powerfully represented in their pursuit of justice.
