Biography

Patricia A. Craig, Esq. concentrates her practice in the areas of special education law, special needs planning, guardianships and estate planning. Since 2013 Patricia has worked with families and individuals with special needs advocating and planning for their futures.

Ms. Craig is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Co-Chair of the Elder Law/ Special Needs Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association, a member of the Education Law Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Counsel of Parent and Attorney Advocates (COPAA) and a member of the Estate Planning Council of Suffolk County.

Ms. Craig graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Arts in History where she was a member of the Alpha Phi Theta History Honor Society and founding member of the History Club.

Ms. Craig received her Juris Doctorate from Touro Law Center where she earned a CALI award for Best Oral Advocate.

Ms. Craig was honored by Hofstra University, Maurice Deane School of Law as one of the 2018 Outstanding Women in Law, Emerging Leaders.

Ms. Craig is on the Board of Trustees of the Child Care Council of Nassau County where she is active on the golf committee and fundraising committee. She is also a member of the Leadership Council of Family & Children’s Association.
